Monitoring
Select from prepackaged monitoring plans designed to meet the correct level of service for each client. Or, work with our team to design and implement a custom enterprise monitoring plan.
Colocation Northwest monitors 24/7 from our always-staffed network operations center. Standard checks include service response times, service availability, critical service availability, and hardware monitoring. Hardware monitoring may include hard drive utilization, CPU load, memory utilization, hardware/software raid status, and hardware log monitoring.

Troubleshooting

Colocation Northwest offers Remote Hands, Smart Hands and Expert Hands services.
Remote hands are performed offsite form our network operations center and cover most common scenarios. From securing cables to checking port numbers or re-booting servers, Colocation Northwest's network operations center staff will perform a number of services that help to keep your equipment and operations running smoothly.
Smart Hands technicians perform onsite emergency and scheduled service. Our experienced team manages servers, configures software and hardware, tests and troubleshoots.
For troubleshooting complex problems or completing advanced projects, ones that fall outside of Remote and Smart Hands, senior technicians and engineers are available to apply their deep knowledge and experience. This is our Expert Hands service.
Maintenance and Recovery
Planned maintenance and recovery is essential for the consistent, reliable operation of your IT infrastructure. Our team will service operational equipment to maximize its lifetime and replace expiring or dated hardware, which can prevent unnecessary downtime. If your hardware does crash, we can replace it and get you back up and running.
